THIS is why I don’t tell anyone I’m from North Carolina, why I hate southern accents and I automatically think you’re an idiot if you have a southern accent. THIS IS WHY. THIS is why the rest of the country thinks the south is full of inbred retards and THIS is the kind of widespread stereotype with which I shudder at the thought of being associated. That church is maybe 45 minutes from here, and I know from frequent experience that her complete lack of logic, reasoning, and basic intelligence is NOT uncommon, even in Charlotte, and it’s NOT an unfair stereotype of the way people are down here. This place is a DISGRACE. It’s embarrassing having to breathe this air.
